A&T Building sits at the intersection of Hai Ba Trung and Nguyen Dinh Chieu streets — one of the most accessible addresses in Ho Chi Minh City's core financial district. The location provides direct connections to major arterials, including Le Duan, Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, and Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, making it a practical choice for businesses that rely on central connectivity.
The building was developed as a modern, LEED Gold-certified commercial space. Its 14-floor layout — each floor approximately 400 m² — offers mid-scale office tenants a well-designed and environmentally responsible working environment. Achieving LEED Gold certification required meeting detailed performance standards across energy, water, materials, and indoor environmental quality.

Our scope of supply
Our products were specified for the building's plumbing and HVAC systems, covering isolation, flow control, and distribution across multiple pipe sizes.

Why it matters for a LEED certified project
Green building standards such as LEED assess material quality, durability, and system efficiency alongside energy and water performance. Brass valves and fittings are widely used in sustainable commercial construction because they offer long service life, corrosion resistance, and compatibility with a range of water temperatures and pressures — properties that reduce maintenance demand and material replacement over a building's lifetime.

Supplying consistently specified products across a complete valve and fitting package — from gate valves and check valves through to ball valves and fittings — helps keep procurement straightforward and ensures components from the same supplier are sized and rated to work together.
